What we mean by transport coordination
Transport coordination means: the customer describes what needs to be moved, from where to where, when, with which special requirements and in what quantity. AZ BlackLine structures this information, checks the right category, coordinates suitable partners and ensures that price, release, communication and documents are traceable. This can be a single ride, a courier job, a van transport, a pallet delivery, a larger goods volume or an assignment with several vehicles.

AZ BlackLine is not only intended for small rides. Larger goods volumes, several pallets, bulky goods or assignments with several vehicles can also be requested and manually coordinated through the platform. These assignments are reviewed carefully so that vehicle, loading assistance, weight, volume, time window and partner capacity fit together.

Service partners and referral partners support AZ BlackLine in finding or submitting suitable customer requests. They do not act as employees and are not automatically representatives of AZ BlackLine.
Without express approval, service partners may not promise binding prices, accept orders in the name of AZ BlackLine, receive payments or conclude customer contracts. Each request is reviewed by AZ BlackLine. Price, acceptance, payment processing, partner selection and final release are carried out exclusively by AZ BlackLine.
Customer data may be used only for AZ BlackLine processes and only for the intended purpose. Private use, own advertising, disclosure to third parties or customer solicitation are prohibited. Cooperation starts only after review, approval and acceptance of the intended digital contract documents.
