Service partners, support partners or referral partners may submit customer requests to AZ BlackLine within the intended system functions. In this context, customer data such as name, telephone number, e-mail address, pickup and destination address, requested service, date, additional information, message content and order-related details may be processed.

This data is processed exclusively to review, handle, broker, communicate, calculate prices, process payments, document and carry out the respective AZ BlackLine request. Private use, own customer solicitation or use for third-party purposes is prohibited.

When service partner, support partner or addendum agreements are accepted digitally, AZ BlackLine stores evidence such as the signer's name, time of acceptance, contract version, technical evidence, IP address, browser and device information, checksums and the respective contract status for traceability.

Privacy addendum for platform, requests and partner brokerage

This addendum explains the main data processing activities of AZ BlackLine as a digital brokerage and coordination platform in plain language.

Brokerage and coordination platform

AZ BlackLine processes data to receive requests, structure requirements, prepare prices, coordinate suitable independent partner companies and support communication, documentation and processing.

Request, customer and order data

This may include name, email, phone number, pickup and destination address, time window, service type, shipment or ride details, messages, price and status data, payment status, invoice data and uploaded or generated documents.

Disclosure to suitable partner companies

Where required for review, quotation, execution or coordination of a request, necessary order data may be shared with suitable independent partner companies. Data is shared only to the required extent and not for advertising.

Partner, contractor and driver data

For partners, registration data, company data, contact data, vehicles, service areas, authorisations, insurance, contract status, documents, tax and payout data as well as internal status and quality information may be processed.

Mollie payments

For online payments, AZ BlackLine may use Mollie. Payment amount, payment status, reference number, order number and required payment data may be processed. The privacy information of the payment provider also applies to the payment page and processing.

Email, SMTP, support messages and push

For confirmations, price offers, status updates, support communication, password or system messages, email services, SMTP sending, WebPush or Expo Push may be used for processing and platform security.

Google Analytics and cookies

Addresses, maps and OpenStreetMap/Nominatim

For address search, route information, plausibility checks or pickup/delivery context, address data may be processed with map services such as OpenStreetMap/Nominatim where required.

Uploads, documents and proofs

Uploaded files, partner documents, contract documents, invoices, credit notes, order confirmations and service proofs may be stored and processed as part of platform handling.

Retention and deletion

Data is stored only as long as required for requests, orders, proofs, billing, legal obligations, security or legitimate interests. Statutory retention obligations remain unaffected.
